Lunch:  sargento parmesan cheese, black olive, cucumber, green peppers, romain lettuce, spinach. Dinner: All Natural Breakfast Bars, ceaser dressing, Ground Beef (Hamburger, Approx 23% Fat, Frozen Patties), Lettuce, Spinach. Snacks/Other: Beef Jerky.
