Fat: 99.55g | Prot: 87.86g | Carb: 73.46g.   Breakfast: apple, baking powder, cream, egg, eggs, flax meal, jimmy dean sausage, metamucil, oil, shredded cheese, Tea (Brewed), truvia, vanilla extract. Lunch: avocado, Mayonnaise, rotisserie chicken, smart carb tortilla. Dinner: crab cakes, oysters, pinot gris, soft shell crab.
