Wasn't logging in for one week. Nor did I get exercise in that week. The result a 6 lb gain in one week? Kind of mind boggling number. Back at it!

Breakfast: blueberries, cheerios, milk. Lunch: banana, bread, mayonnaise, mustard, roast beef. Dinner: cucumber, lettuce, pork chop, potato, salad dressing, tomato. Snacks/Other: strawberry.
