Breakfast: coffee, Egg White, eggland's best large egg, milk, Olive Oil Cooking Spray, Pace Salsa, water. Lunch: Baby Carrots, Bumble Bee white albacore tuna in water, nonfat cottage cheese, raw red bell peppers, water. Dinner: asparagus, Baby Carrots, Balsamic Vinegar, Broccoli, chopped raw red bell pepper, Litehouse Harvest Cranberry vinaigrette, Olive Oil, scallions, Sockeye Salmon, Taylor Organic Baby Spring Mix, water. Snacks/Other: All Bran Buds, BabyBel light, blackberries, Kashi Go Lean cereal, pineapple, Splenda, Strawberries, Trader Joe's Turkey Jerky, water.
