Fat: 31.05g | Prot: 97.56g | Carb: 110.51g.   Breakfast: coffee, egg, Egg White, milk, Olive Oil Cooking Spray, Pace salsa, water. Lunch: balsamic vinegar, Extra Firm Tofu, garlic salt, olive oil cooking spray, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), water, worceshire sauce. Dinner: chopped raw red bell pepper, ground white turkey, Olive Oil, Olive Oil cooking spray, Pace salsa, scallions, stone ground white corn tortillas, Taylor Organic Baby Spring Mix, Trader Joe's fat free refried beans, water. Snacks/Other: blackberries, Kashi Go Lean cereal, pineapple, Splenda, Strawberries, Trader Joe's Turkey Jerky, water.
