Breakfast: coffee, eggland's best large egg, milk, Thomas lite hearty grain english muffin, water. Lunch: nonfat cottage cheese, Organic Garbanzo Beans, water. Dinner: baby carrots, Bumble Bee White Albacore Tuna, Cucumber (Peeled), French Salad Dressing (Fat Free), raw red bell peppers, romaine, shrimp nigiri, water. Snacks/Other: blueberries, Kashi Go Lean cereal, pineapple, strawberries, water.
