I had a better week because I really focused on drinking enough water in ounces to equal half my body weight - so at least 120oz.

Lunch: nonfat cottage cheese, Organic Garbanzo Beans, water. Dinner: asparagus, Baked Alaska, Carrots, Celery, cherry pepper, Cucumber (Peeled), Oysters, pitted black olives, Steamed or Boiled Lobster, Steamed or Boiled Shrimp, swordfish, water. Snacks/Other: water.
