Lunch: baby carrots, French Salad Dressing (Fat Free), Fresh Salmon Nigiri, Organic Garbanzo Beans, raw red bell peppers, Romaine lettuce, water. Dinner: Alaskan Cod, bread crumbs, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), olive oil, water. Snacks/Other: water.
