Did the fit test today with Insanity. I think this program is going to be a lot harder than I thought. I'm more out of shape than I realized. Still ...

Breakfast: almond milk, chia seeds, Fiber Plus Antioxidants Chew Bars - Caramel Coconut Fudge, honey, honey nut cheerios, super green food. Lunch: boca burger, laughing cow, raspberries, sprouted grain bread, triscuits, tuna pouch. Dinner: cod, pepper jack, spinach, tomato, okra and corn. Snacks/Other: deli turkey meat, sports drink.
