Breakfast: coffee, Granola kroger, half and half, Light yogurt Tillamook, non-fat milk. Lunch: Ground Beef, Kidney Beans, Lettuce, Mexican Blend Cheese, ranch dressing, Santitas. Dinner: broccoli, brummel & brown, red potatoes, tri-tip. Snacks/Other: baby carrots, cheese head string cheese, cucumber, hard boiled egg, kashi layered granola bar, strawberries, triscuits reduced fat.
