Fat: 74.07g | Prot: 104.81g | Carb: 215.64g.   Breakfast: Light Vanilla Bean Yogurt, multigrain cheerios, starbucks grande skinny latte. Lunch: baby carrots, chicken thigh , pea pods, strawberries, Teriyaki Sauce, white rice. Dinner: Barbecue buns franz, brummel & brown, corn on the cob, ground beef patties kirkland, tillamook cheddar cheese, Toasted Corn Tortilla Chips. Snacks/Other: almonds, string cheese, triscuits reduced fat.
