Lunch: Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing, Carrots, celery, chia seeds, Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram) (Mature Seeds, Canned), cold meat ham, Cucumber (with Peel), green pepper, lettuce, mayo, multigrain bread, tomato, tomato. Dinner: chicken alfredo, multigrain bread. Snacks/Other: banana, chia seeds, ice cream breyers, Nonfat Plain Yogurt, papaya, Simply Nuts & Fruit.
