I do much better eating a late lunch and no supper. It's a challenge with other people around in the evening wondering why we can't go have supper.

Fat: 56.96g | Prot: 124.39g | Carb: 72.49g.   Breakfast: greek yogurt fage, PB2, protein shake premier, raw almonds. Lunch:  mini peppers, avocado, fat free feta, jalepeno stuffed olives, japanese green onion, kale, radishes, romaine, unsweetened almond milk, white tuna in olive oil, Zucchini. Dinner: cottage cheese knudsen, radish, red wine.
