Lunch: celery, cherry tomato, cucumber, egg - boiled, Hartley's sugar free strawberry jelly, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Original Cream Cheese, Real Mayonnaise, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Spring Onions. Dinner: chicken breast, cucumber, Garlic sauce, Hartley's sugar free strawberry jelly, Lettuce, Onion, Tomato. Snacks/Other: Atkins Advantage bar - chocolate and orange, cheese, cucumber.
