Lunch: coffee, Flax/Carbquick bread, lucerne heavy whipping cream, Mozzarella pizza, ribeye steak. Dinner: broccoli, butter, chicken thigh, kraft parmesan. Snacks/Other: carbquik waffle heart, coffee, lucerne heavy whipping cream, pecans, swiss cheese.
