Fat: 48.91g | Prot: 68.79g | Carb: 107.83g.   Breakfast: flatout , laughing cow light, turkey, watermelon. Lunch: edamame, lobster salad, miso soup, nori, shrimp tempura, sushi rice , vegetable tempura. Dinner: hummus, laughing cow, tortilla chip, turkey. Snacks/Other: almonds, cashews, chocolate covered almonds, dried cranberries.
