Fat: 73.64g | Prot: 84.83g | Carb: 213.18g.   Breakfast:  quaker instant original oat meal , chiquita , coffee, coffee-mate sugar free hazelnut, jif creamy peanut butter, starkist chunk light tuna in water. Lunch: broccoli, ritz crackers, tyson chicken brest, velveta cheese. Dinner:  sauerkraut, beans , corn bread, fried potatos. Snacks/Other: apple, attain , blue diamond almonds, breyers oreo birthday blast ice cream, mingua beef jerky, wonderful .
