Breakfast: Instant Oatmeal - High Fiber Cinnamon Swirl. Lunch: 6" Turkey Breast, hard boiled egg, lite mayo, slim fast strawberries and cream. Dinner: green pepper, Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, lettuce, Mozzarella Fat Free Cheese, onion, Spinach, thousand island, tomato, yellow pepper. Snacks/Other: Old Tyme Pretzels (Snyder's of Hannover), planters salted peanuts, Tequila, Toast Chee Real Peanut Butter Crackers, twix, Whole Natural Almonds.
