Fat: 35.98g | Prot: 96.17g | Carb: 217.91g.
Breakfast: blueberry jam, butter, coffee, milk, Toasted Multigrain Bread. Lunch: butter and canola, cooked spinach, egg, egg white, tropicana orange juice. Dinner: cottage cheese, gardennay asparagus, wasa fibre rye. Snacks/Other: banana, maria cookies, milk, oikos nonfat, special dark chocolate chips, sugar.
