Lunch: avocado, Hillshire Farm Deli Select Ultra Thin Cracked Black Pepper Turkey Breast, Kay's Naturals Better Balance - Honey Almond Protein Cereal , Spring Mix. Dinner: Chicken Breast, Frozen Mixed Vegetables, Low Fat Ice Cream Sandwiches - Chocolate Peanut Butter. Snacks/Other: Baby Carrots.
