Fat: 40.71g | Prot: 100.79g | Carb: 246.09g.   Breakfast: apple bread, Apples, coffee, cool whip , Light Fat Free Very Vanilla Yogurt, shredded wheat, spread. Lunch: barbeque, chicken, cool whip , egg white, olives, peach, Peach & Apricot Thick & Fruity Summer Probiotic Yogurt Selection, salsa, turkey. Dinner: brocolli, cheese weight watchers, cucumber, ketchup, Marinara Pasta Sauce, mushroom, onion, Red Cabbage, red leaf lettuce, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, Tomatoes, yellow pepper, yogurt. Snacks/Other: Animal Crackers (Includes Arrowroot Cookies and Tea Biscuits), no sugar added hot cocoa, russell stover, sugar free pudding.
