Fat: 54.03g | Prot: 105.41g | Carb: 204.43g.   Breakfast: 100 Calorie Original English Muffin, cheese, coffee, egg, lowfat half and half. Lunch: ak mak, chicken, fat free balsamic, fruit spread, garbanzo beans, grape tomatoes, Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner: Arborio Risotto, carrots, chocolate, olive oil, onion, red pepper, shrimp. Snacks/Other: almonds, blueberry muffin, chobani lemon greek yogurt, orange, triscuits, whipped cream cheese.
