Lunch:  chicken kabob, Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, mcdonald sweet and sour, pita bread, Tzatziki, White Rice. Dinner: Baby Spinach, Hamburger or Hotdog Rolls , Honey , Ketchup , Olive Oil, roasted sesame, Scrambled Egg . Snacks/Other: Butter Pound Cake, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified) , Protein+ Chocolate Shake.
