Fat: 15.85g | Prot: 49.77g | Carb: 220.63g.   Breakfast: blueberries, great value light cream cheese, non fat milk, shredded wheat, thomas bagel thins, V8 juice. Lunch: activia light, brownberry multi grain thin buns, cucumbers, hickory smoked ham, mayonnaise. Dinner: garden salad, imitation crab meat, ranch dressing. Snacks/Other: activia light, blue bunny big fudge bar, jello cook and serve chocolate pudding.
