Fat: 26.81g | Prot: 79.43g | Carb: 170.74g.   Breakfast: blue bonnet light margarine, crunchy raisin bran, non fat milk, Sara Lee 100% multi-grain bread, thomas bagel thins, V8 juice, whipped cream cheese. Lunch: activia strawberry yogurt. Dinner: Boiled Egg, pickled beets, potato salad, top sirloin. Snacks/Other: blue bunny big fudge bar, jello sugar free pudding.
