Lunch: Asparagus, Beef Top Loin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, garlic mashed potatoes, potato roll. Dinner: Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, stop & shop light yogurt, utz dark. Snacks/Other:  smooth churned fudge swirl, candy cookies, Met-Rx Protein Plus Vanilla Supplement Powder, skim milk.
