Fat: 113.56g | Prot: 170.11g | Carb: 202.28g.   Breakfast: gold standard whey protein, instant lw ft oatmeal, skim milk. Lunch: broccoli, cucumber, gold standard whey protein, ribeye steak, tomatoes. Dinner: cheetos, chili dogs. Snacks/Other: burger king breakfast burrito, minute maid orange juice.
