Dinner: Great Value Black Beans, Great value corn, organic baby Spinach, Parmesan cheese. Snacks/Other: Banana, Becks dark Beer, cantaloupe, Cinnamon Roll Protein Bar, Six star Whey Protein Plus, watermelon.
