Lunch: 100% whole wheat bread, Carrots, Celery, Cucumber (with Peel), Deli Shaved Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Gala Apples, Green Leaf Lettuce, Mustard. Dinner: Chicken Breast, old bay, Olive Oil, red potato, zucchini. Snacks/Other: Almonds, Bananas, Granola Thins - Dark Chocolate, Jordan Almonds, Special K Granola Bars - Dark Chocolate.
