Lunch: lipton green tea, Quarter Pound Veggie Burgers, Spinach and Herbs Flour Tortillas. Dinner: Baby-cut California Carrots, Broccoli Flower Clusters, kale, swai, white wine. Snacks/Other: bran flakes, dr. oetker funghi pizza, soy milk.
