Lunch: banana, body by vi chocolate mix in, body by vi shake, chunky peanut butter great choice, plain greek yogurt. Dinner: 8 inch tortilla, apple, avacado, avacado, baby spinach, chili beans, chives, dannon greek yogurt, fat free feta cheese, greek plain yogurt, honey, honey mustard, mozzarella cheese, tomato, white tuna. Snacks/Other: apple, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Egg, Tomatoes, Water.
