Breakfast: butter, hard boiled egg, nature's path organic flax plus cereal, Original English Muffins, philadelphia cream cheese original, whole milk. Lunch: chicken quesadilla, Chicken Tortilla Soup, sour cream. Dinner: apple, asparagus, chicken quesadilla, hard boiled egg, olive oil, sour cream.
