Lunch: apple, banana, berries, oatmeal quaker oats apple cinnamon, peanut butter, plum, snow peas, yoplait greek yogurt 2x protein. Dinner: chicken breast, fanta zero, pico de gallo, salad, salsa, sour cream, tortilla chips. Snacks/Other: ciabatta, dark chocolate trader joes, klondike bar 100 calorie, popcorn, smart balance original.
