Lunch: cheddar, green onion, ketchup, Lettuce, Olive Oil, ranch, Soft Tortilla Wrap - Whole Grain White, turkey sausage links. Dinner: ground beef, mayo, mustard, Olive Oil, spinach. Snacks/Other: coconut macaroons, Coffee, Cream (Half & Half), No Calorie Sweetener.
