Lunch: Egg, vancamps pork and beans, White Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked) . Dinner: Chicken Breast, Plus Penne Pasta, Tomato and Basil Sauce. Snacks/Other: Apples, Low Fat 2% Small Curd Cottage Cheese, N.O.-Xplode, Organic Peanut Butter, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges) , vps protein rush.
