Fat: 35.61g | Prot: 40.28g | Carb: 138.71g.   Breakfast: 1% milk, coffee, domino light sugar, organic sugar, special k red berries cereal. Lunch: fage yogurt, motts natural unsweetened apple sauce, water. Dinner: jif all natural, joseph's flaxseed pita bread, Kates homemade seasalt butter. Snacks/Other: Kellogs fiber plus, v8 low sodium vegetable juice, water.
