Lunch: Chicken Breast Meat (Broilers or Fryers, Roasted, Cooked), green salad, olive oil, trader joe's whole wheat tortilla. Dinner: chicken soup, meatballs, spaghetti. Snacks/Other: apple, blueberries, brownie and oat, cabot low-fat greek yogurt, lite cheddar chees stick trader joe's.
