Fat: 32.51g | Prot: 62.03g | Carb: 159.88g.
Breakfast: special K with red berries. Lunch: banana, Be Good to Yourself Tortilla Wraps, beef, gravy, Pepper or Hot Sauce. Dinner: apple, beef, carrot, cauliflower, garlic, ginger root, Plain Yogurt (Lowfat), potato, red onion, sprouts. Snacks/Other: apple.
