I have been eating a lighter meal for dinner and then last night I went out to eat with my husband and ate a big meal. Today I have been hungry all day!

Breakfast: 1% Fat Milk, Granola cereal, Skim Chocolate Milk. Lunch: Creamy Peanut Butter, Dr. Pepper, jam, Peanut Butter Cookie, White Bread. Dinner: Bananas, Blackberries, chocolate milk, honey, non fat plain yogurt, Organic Golden Flaxseed Meal, Raspberries. Snacks/Other: envirokids.
