Lunch: amaranth, celery, chia seeds, Green Salsa Jalapena - Extra Hot, Herbal Tea (Other Than Chamomile, Brewed), large egg, Nancy's lowfat plain yogurt, navel orange, Quinoa Traditional, vine sweet mini peppers. Dinner:  balsamic vinegar, Brown Sugar Rub for Salmon, celery, Herbal Tea (Other Than Chamomile, Brewed), Marketside organic herb mix, Pacific Cod, tomatoe, vine sweet mini peppers.
