Dinner: Boiled Egg, Broccoli, Capsicum, Cucumber (with Peel), Green Peas (Frozen) , Lettuce, Onions , Parmesan Garlic Sauce, Red Kidney Beans (Canned), tuna, Yellow Sweet Corn .
