Fat: 79.29g | Prot: 96.94g | Carb: 313.47g.   Breakfast: ciabatta bread, gogo squeez, Starbucks Mochae Frappuccino (Bottle). Lunch: Broccoli (Chopped, with Salt, Frozen, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Everest Half Turkey Sandwich. Dinner: grilled chicken sandwich pierre, kraft cheese, meatloaf. Snacks/Other: Chocolate Chip Cookie, mashed potatoes and gravy, peanut butter cups, reeses, Scoops Corn Chips.
