Lunch: Mayonnaise, onion, romaine lettuce, rotiserrie chicken. Dinner: canned tuna, colby jack cheese, dehydrated onion, egg, garlic sauce, grated parm, Horseradish, Mayonnaise, One Carb Reduced Sugar Tomato Ketchup. Snacks/Other: Hard Salami Stix, water.
