Fat: 29.87g | Prot: 66.85g | Carb: 248.99g.   Breakfast: banana, coffee. Lunch: 6" oven roasted chicken subway, mini saltine crackers. Dinner: 100% wheat bread, bama jelly, crunchy peanut butter, diet mountain dew, progresso light chicken noodle soup. Snacks/Other: great value fig bars, great value lite cool whip, nestle bottle water, pears fruit cup, special k protein bar, white seedless grapes.
