Fat: 44.67g | Prot: 79.80g | Carb: 215.91g.   Breakfast: 1% milk, black coffee, Post Honey bunches of oats. Lunch: A & W diet root beer, can, mixed salad greens, Pacific Flounder with Crab Meat Stuffing, red tomatoes, Twix (Fun Size), vinaigrette salad dressing. Dinner: Doritos Baked nacho chips, George Killian , Subway provolone cheese triangles, Subway turkey ham sub, York Bites Candies. Snacks/Other: 1% milk, Honey Nut Cheerios.
