Fat: 48.03g | Prot: 91.32g | Carb: 197.65g.   Breakfast: 1 Habanero peppers, Cilantro, Coconut Almond yogurt, Fresh Parsley, ginger root, lemon, orange, Spinach. Lunch: chopped celery, Chunk light tuna, cucumber (seeded & diced), cucumber boat, diced red onion, Light mayo, Radishes, Red Bell Pepper (diced), Serrano peppers (seeded & diced). Dinner: Amazing egg, Avocado, bud light lime, deli turkey thin sliced, Mexican cheese. Snacks/Other: banana, clif bar, Coconut Almond yogurt, prunes.
