Dinner: basmati rice, Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), black bean sauce, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Carrots, Mushrooms. Snacks/Other: almond milk, chocolate dark bliss, ham fat free, Pistachio Nuts.
