Had to skip workout yesterday as I hurt my foot - don't know how. Worked out today - but a few of the moves were a bit painful on the toes. Hopefully back ...

Breakfast: Almond Milk, Light Mozzarella Sun-Dried Tomato & Basil, strawberry smoothie, thomas muffin. Lunch: Corn, neoguri. Dinner: basmati rice, Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), black bean sauce, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Carrots, Mushrooms. Snacks/Other: almond milk, chocolate dark bliss, ham fat free, Pistachio Nuts.
