Lunch: baked chicken breast, chocolate protein pudding and shake mix, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Dinner: Bacon Turkey Bravo Sandwich, Dr. Pepper 10, Potato Chips, Ultra Light Beer. Snacks/Other: honey, Sun Chips.
