Fat: 96.48g | Prot: 71.19g | Carb: 29.62g.   Breakfast: Almonds, Coffee. Lunch: Ground beef, Hamburger dill slices, Iceberg lettuce, Ketchup, Kraft mayonnaise, Mustard, Tomato. Dinner: buttermilk ranch, celery, Chicken leg quarters, cucumber, green onions, kroger small curd cotage cheese, lettuce, Tomato. Snacks/Other: Colby cheese, gala apple, summer sausage.
