Lunch: App, Baby carrots, Lentil hummus, Red pepper, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Whole grain bread, Whole grain mustard. Dinner: Mixed Greens, Mixed Vegetables, Olive Oil, Salmon, Sauvignon Blanc. Snacks/Other: Bran muffin, cocoa almonds, Dark Chocolate Mocha Bar Kashi, Light babybel cheese, Plum.
